Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Lead Auditor to own and execute the nuclear QA audit program written to ASME NQA-1. You plan annual schedules, lead internal and supplier audits with a team of auditors and specialists, write reports, and verify corrective actions to closure.

The role requires current NQA-1 Lead Auditor qualification or qualifying within 90 days, 5+ years in nuclear QA, and strong audit practice across 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and 10 CFR 21.

Qualifications

• Current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor, or qualifiable within 90 days.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with audits against 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and 10 CFR 21.
• Experience auditing to NQA-1 and working knowledge of construction materials testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program.
• Lead internal audits and supplier audits end-to-end with a team.
• Write audit reports and verify corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain qualification records and support audits of the program.
