Job summary

Paragon Energy Solutions in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Project Coordinator to oversee planning, execution and delivery of safety related equipment and services to the nuclear industry. This role manages multiple projects up to 12 months and $300K in value, coordinating budgets and schedules with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include contract reviews, scheduling, cost tracking, design reviews, client updates, and technical report preparation. Travel is <5%. Bachelor’s degree required; nuclear experience a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a project scheduler.
  • Ability to travel (less than 5%).
  • Experience in the nuclear industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Contract review of all client POs (new and change orders).
  • Complete order requisition for hardware and repeat orders.
  • Support scheduling work across multiple departments ensuring all stakeholders are aware of the timeline, scope, and budget.
  • Be responsible for and report on budget and schedule for projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time with a keen eye for prioritization.
  • Monitor the cost budgets on projects.
  • Adjust cost budgets on change orders.
  • Create travelers on required projects.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports to clients.
  • Coordinate client witness events with Inside Sales organization.
