Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Scheduler to drive execution of complex nuclear projects. You will develop, manage, and optimize detailed project schedules in our PMO, preparing data for proposals and negotiations, and providing visibility into progress, risks, and forecasted outcomes.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in scheduling, with proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project. Experience in the energy or regulated sector is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in scheduling, project planning, or project controls.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle and work breakdown structures.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define task dependencies and ensure schedule integrity.
  • Provide oversight of contractor schedules and identify potential improvements.
  • Identify schedule risks and develop recovery plans to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor progress against baselines and generate dashboards for leadership.
