Job summary

A leading scheduling firm is seeking an experienced scheduling professional with over 8 years of experience in high-volume project environments and expertise in the steam, nuclear, or gas power industries. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Primavera/P6 and be adept at planning, tracking, and reporting project statuses. Experience on construction sites is a significant plus. Candidates with recent badge access to nuclear sites will be favored.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of scheduling experience in a high volume project environment.
  • Experience in the steam, nuclear, or gas power industry.
  • 5+ years of experience using Primavera/P6 for scheduling.
  • Experience in planning, tracking, and reporting on project status.
  • Familiarity with resource management and cost estimation.
  • Work breakdown structure, resource management, cost estimation, risk analysis
  • Experience maintaining, updating and report scheduling status updates internal and external (with clients)
  • Some sort of experience working on/with projects on the construction site outside of Scheduling. (Ex: Project Manager, Superintendent, Cost Controls)
  • If they have had badge access to a nuclear site in the last 5 years, it’s a HUGE plus

Job description

  • Minimum of 8+ years of scheduling experience within a high volume, high touchpoint project environment
  • Experience in the steam, nuclear, or gas power industry
  • 5+ years of Experience using Primavera/P6 for scheduling. Must be comfortable with:
  • 1500+ tasks on the logic side
  • Scheduling, Planning, Tracking, & Reporting
  • Work breakdown structure, resource management, cost estimation, risk analysis
  • Experience maintaining, updating and report scheduling status updates internal and external (with clients)
  • Some sort of experience working on/with projects on the construction site outside of Scheduling. (Ex: Project Manager, Superintendent, Cost Controls)
  • If they have had badge access to a nuclear site in the last 5 years, it’s a HUGE plus
