MSTI is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support complex engineering and nuclear project execution. The role focuses on scheduling, cost tracking, and performance analysis across multiple projects to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery while upholding quality and regulatory requirements.

You will develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules, manage Unanet-based loading, and generate integrated cost-schedule reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain/maintain a "Q" clearance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and update project resource loaded schedules using established project controls practices.
• Manage project resource loading in Unanet by reviewing and adjusting planned/assigned hours.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to define scope, sequencing, and durations.
• Establish and manage schedule baselines and track performance against plan.
• Work with project managers to develop cost estimates in support of proposals.
• Track and analyze project actual cost and accruals.
• Coordinate with project managers to develop status and budgetary forecast reports using ETC/EAC.
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path, float, and variance analysis.
