Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Valid Pharmacist license in the operating state or in process.
• Must complete at least 200 hours of nuclear pharmacy training.
• 8–12 years related pharmacy experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts (including weekends/holidays).
• Authorized user preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Direct nuclear pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to SOPs; implement changes as directed by leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal radiopharmaceutical regulations and train staff accordingly.
• Oversee fleet logistics, manage decay and timely delivery of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Supervise teams, oversee recruitment, succession planning and staff development.
• Collaborate with Sales to input pricing and commitments within guidelines.
• Manage department budget and report performance.
