Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Nuclear Manufacturing leader to oversee radiopharmaceutical production in a regulated setting. You will manage a small team, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, NRC, DOT), and drive process improvements while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle budgeting and scheduling in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain current qualifications to include production and/or quality.
• Demonstrated success in managing people and leading a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to rotate shifts and/or schedules as business need requires (weekends/holidays/on-call).
• Demonstrated experience managing a cross-functional team preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing of FDG and Sodium Fluoride preferred.
• Experience budgeting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a small staff to ensure manufacturing operations.
• Conducts performance reviews.
• Creates employee schedules around production hours and needs.
• Handles facility budgeting and generates financial reports.
• Acts as Project Manager for investigational drugs.
• Executes SOPs per cGMP and GDP.
• Monitors and verifies quality per SOPs.
• Maintains a sterile environment and performs routine cleaning.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
• Adheres to numerous SOPs and supports process improvements.
