Cardinal Health is seeking a Nuclear Pharmacist to provide safe, accurate radiopharmaceuticals in a highly regulated setting. You will contribute to patient care in hospitals and imaging centers, ensuring quality and timeliness of doses under strict guidelines.

The role requires flexibility with rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and on‑call coverage, and involves leadership responsibilities within the nuclear pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD by start date.
• Ohio Pharmacist license or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to work rotating schedule and 24/7 coverage.
• Experience with nuclear pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care as staff pharmacist, including compounding nuclear medications.
• Monitor inventory and procure drugs to ensure supply.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and performance management of staff.
• Oversee internal workflows and scheduling in nuclear pharmacy.
• Assist in cost reduction and efficiency improvements for the nuclear pharmacy.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and assist in demand planning.
• Perform administrative tasks and deliver doses when needed.
