Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD preferred.
• Valid Pharmacist’s license in the state of operation.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of biohazardous waste management preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients as staff pharmacist, including compounding nuclear medications and quality testing.
• Manage and procure drug inventory to ensure availability.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and performance management for staff.
• Direct internal nuclear pharmacy workflows and staffing optimization.
• Assist in cost reductions and growth initiatives in nuclear pharmacy.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and assist in demand planning.
