Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Nuclear Pharmacist to provide radiopharmaceuticals with precise, compliant care in a 24/7 environment. You will manage compounding, testing, and distribution while ensuring safe handling and regulatory adherence.

The role includes inventory control, staff leadership, and collaboration with suppliers to maintain drug availability and quality, supporting hospital and imaging center patients daily.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Manual dexterity required for occasional reach, lifting, holding of small objects, and dispensing doses.
• Comfortable working in a nuclear environment.
• Willing to obtain multiple state licenses.

Responsabilités

• Provides pharmaceutical care to patients as a staff pharmacist, including compounding nuclear medications and directing distribution.
• Assesses and maintains pharmacy inventory and procures drugs to ensure availability.
• Leads processes for hiring, onboarding, and performance management of pharmacy staff.
• Manages internal workflows and optimizes staffing and scheduling.
• Supports plans to lower costs and drive profitable growth in the nuclear pharmacy business.
• Maintains relationships with outside suppliers and vendors for drug components.
• Performs other duties and may deliver doses; may oversee Pharmacist in Charge when needed.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
