Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Nuclear Pharmacist to provide safe, accurate radiopharmaceuticals in a highly regulated environment. You will compound, test, and distribute medications while ensuring quality and patient safety in hospitals and imaging centers.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree or PharmD required by start date.
• Valid pharmacist license in operating state or in process to obtain.
• willingness to obtain licenses across multiple states; nuclear environment experience preferred.
• Authorized User certification preferred; nuclear pharmacy training can be provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide pharmaceutical care as staff pharmacist; compound nuclear medications and oversee distribution.
• Test drug quality using chromatography and supervise drivers in medication delivery.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure drug availability and risk mitigation.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management of pharmacy staff.
• Direct internal workflows, staffing, and scheduling for efficient operations.
• Contribute to cost reduction, efficiency, and profitable growth in nuclear pharmacy.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and assist in demand planning.
• Support administrative tasks and customer interactions; may deliver doses.
• May oversee facility operations as Pharmacist in Charge when needed.
