Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD preferred.
• Must complete nuclear pharmacy training (200 hours) in an accredited program.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and travel as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmaceutical care to patients, including compounding nuclear meds and directing distribution with drivers.
• Maintains inventory, reviews orders, and procures alternatives to ensure drug availability.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the nuclear pharmacy team.
• Optimizes staffing and workflows to ensure efficient operations.
• Supports cost reduction, efficiency, and profitable growth in nuclear pharmacy.
• Maintains relationships with outside suppliers and assists in demand planning.
