You will manage compounding, quality testing, inventory, and staffing to maintain efficient nuclear pharmacy operations, while complying with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD by start date.
• Ohio pharmacist license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to read and follow complex regulatory documents.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a nuclear environment.

Responsabilités

• Provides pharmaceutical care to patients as a staff pharmacist, including compounding nuclear medications.
• Tests for quality through chromatography and directs distribution of medication.
• Manages inventory and orders to maintain availability and mitigate supply risks.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, and performance management of pharmacy staff.
• Directs internal workflows to optimize staffing and scheduling.
• Assists in cost reduction and efficiency improvements in the nuclear pharmacy.
