Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to lead outage and online maintenance planning for nuclear operations. You will review logs, develop and update schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with Outage Coordinators and management to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 5 years in maintenance/operations or work management, CPM scheduling proficiency, and experience with P6/Maximo. Travel up to 25% may be required; Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, operations, or work management with outage scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and project planning concepts.
• Experience with outage scheduling tools and data analysis.
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels of staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and integration of outage and online maintenance schedules.
• Develop monthly KPIs, trend critical paths, and generate reports for management.
• Coordinate with Outage Coordinators and Unit Outage Coordinators to optimize schedules.
• Maintain data integrity and support fleet/station performance indicators.
