Job summary

Consolidated Nuclear Security (CNS) in Oak Ridge, TN, seeks a Site Outage Planning Supervisor to oversee multi-craft maintenance planning and to deliver nuclear work packages through rigorous work control processes.

The role requires strong leadership to coordinate planners, crafts, and support teams, ensuring hazard analyses and safe execution while meeting outage schedules and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
• DOE O 426.2A requirements: High School diploma and 3 years nuclear experience, or DOE O 426.2A alternative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of integrated work control and planning activities for nuclear structures, systems and components.
• Review and approve planner work packages prepared for craftsman, technicians, operators and support organizations.
• Ensure field walk downs with internal and external support to accurately identify scopes and hazards and prepare work control documents.
