Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform radionuclide procedures, operate equipment, and ensure patient safety. The role requires completing radiopharmaceutical preparation, QA, and documentation while maintaining compliance with NRC and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an approved School of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs radionuclide procedures on patients including organ imaging and function studies.
• Operates Nuclear Medicine equipment and follows safety protocols.
• Prepares radiopharmaceuticals and tracer compounds for patient use.
• Maintains radiopharmaceutical records and implements QA procedures.
• On-call, weekend shifts and holiday coverage as needed.
