Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide safe, age-appropriate care and perform a wide range of diagnostic procedures. You will set up equipment, position patients, verify orders, and ensure image quality while maintaining patient dignity and privacy.

Requirements include an Associate’s in Radiologic Technology and ARRT Nuclear Certification, with at least 1 year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate NM equipment and adjust techniques to obtain high quality studies.
• Ensure proper patient identification and safety procedures.
• Assist radiologists and coordinate with the department for timely exams.
• Maintain equipment, report issues, and uphold infection control standards.
