Wellstar is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and perform department exams. You will set up equipment, position patients, and ensure diagnostic-quality studies while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Radiologic Technology
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a clinical setting caring for patients
• Minimum 1 year Nuclear medicine experience preferred
• Certifications: ARRT Nuclear Technology or Cert Nuclear Med Tech; BLS required

Responsibilities

• Adjust technique to obtain best study and maintain image quality
• Report equipment problems to supervisor or service provider
• Clean, disinfect and maintain equipment per infection control policy
