Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform exams per department protocols and ensure high-quality diagnostic studies. You will set up equipment, position patients, and work with a team to deliver safe, patient-centered imaging services.

Eligible candidates have an accredited radiologic technology program and NM certification; 1 year NM experience is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role with day shifts and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program completed.
• 1 year NM clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Verify procedure orders and patient identity.
• Prepare equipment and assist radiologists as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control.
• Document procedures accurately in RIS/PACS.
• Provide patient education using AIDET framework.
