Wellstar is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide age-appropriate imaging studies and high-quality diagnostic images. You will prepare patients, verify orders, and operate NM equipment with careful attention to safety, accuracy, and patient comfort.

The role offers a day shift, full-time schedule, and a sign-on bonus with relocation support. Responsibilities include patient positioning, image optimization, and ensuring proper documentation in RIS and PACS.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program completed.
• ARRT-N or CNMT certification required.
• BLS certification required or provided on hire.

Responsabilités

• Verifies clinician orders and patient identity; ensures safe procedures.
• Operates NM equipment, positions patient, and obtains quality diagnostic images.
• Maintains infection control, clean equipment, and PACS/RIS documentation.
• Communicates with patients and families to ease anxiety and explain procedures.
• Restocks supplies and supports department operations during shifts.
