Atlantic Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to prepare and render radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic studies. You will calibrate equipment, perform studies, and ensure patient safety under physician direction.

1+ years of office-based experience is preferred. Current NJDEP nuclear medicine license and ARRT/NMTCB/CAMRT registration/certification are required. This is a full-time, on-site role in New Jersey.

Formación

• Required: HS Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Current license with the NJDEP in nuclear medicine.
• Registration or certification by ARRT, NMTCB, or CAMRT.
• Relevant experience: 1+ years preferred; office-based setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Mixes stock solutions of radiopharmaceutical materials, calculates doses, and administers doses under physician direction.
• Calibrates equipment.
• Performs diagnostic studies using scanners to produce organ images.
• Measures radioactivity with Geiger counters and scintillation detectors.
• Administers therapeutic doses under physician direction.
• Adheres to radiation safety protocols.
