Wellstar is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform a range of imaging procedures, ensuring safe, age-appropriate patient care and high-quality diagnostic studies. You will set up equipment, position patients, and follow department procedures while maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

Requirements include an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT Nuclear Technology certification, and at least 1 year of clinical experience, with BLS certification preferred.

Formación

• Assists with nuclear medicine exams per department procedures.
• Ensures patient safety and effective communication during procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Adjust techniques to optimize image quality and patient safety.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report malfunctions promptly.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures in a timely manner.
• Verify patient identity and procedure details as per policy.
• Document procedures and ensure proper post-procedural care and safety.
