Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and maintain high-quality diagnostic studies. Qualifications

• Associates Radiologic Technology required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical patient care experience.
• Nuclear medicine experience preferred.
• ARRT Nuclear Technology or Nuclear Med Tech certification required on hire.
• BLS certification required (Instructor) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate NM equipment and perform imaging studies with accuracy.
• Verify patient identity and orders; ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals following protocols.
• Maintain equipment, report malfunctions, and follow infection control procedures.
• Assist in other modalities as needed and participate in pre-/post-procedure care.
