Job summary

Wellstar Nuclear Medicine is seeking a dedicated technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a fast-paced department. You will prepare patients, operate imaging equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Candidates must complete an AMA approved Nuclear Medicine program, hold ARRT‑N or CNMT certification, and maintain BLS. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Nuclear Medicine Program required.
• ARRT‑N or CNMT certification required; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of nuclear medicine procedures per department protocols.
• Prepare and position patients; ensure proper patient identification and safety.
• Maintain equipment and clean/sterile technique; support other technologists as needed.
• Communicate with patients and staff; document procedures and results per hospital policy.
