Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide safe, age appropriate imaging services and ensure high-quality diagnostic studies. The technologist will prepare equipment, position patients, and follow department protocols to deliver precise studies.

Candidates should graduate from an AMA approved Nuclear Medicine program and hold ARRT‑N or CNMT with BLS. At least one year of NM experience is preferred, with a compensation package that includes benefits and career support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Nuclear Medicine Program.
• ARRT‑N or CNMT certification required at hire; BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year Nuclear Medicine clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verify proper clinician order and patient history.
• Prepare the patient and position for procedures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure image quality.
• Restock and assist with patient transport.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
