Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support is required.
• ACLS must be completed within 6 months of hire.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician credential required.
• Certification: NMTCB or ARRT NM (NMT); NMTCB PET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a Nuclear Medicine Physician, performs radiographic procedures.
• Applies isotopes for radiographic diagnosis with independence and initiative.
• Performs in-patient and out-patient tests.
• Uses Nuclear Medicine cameras and related equipment.
• Administers radiopharmaceuticals per Nuclear Medicine scope of practice.
• Adheres to radiation safety standards.
