Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Tech PRN to operate radiopharmaceutical procedures under physician supervision. You will perform isotopic imaging, manage patient testing, and ensure safety protocols are followed in a high-volume clinical setting.

The role requires NMTCB/NMT‑AART NM certification or state radiologic technologist license, BLS now, and ACLS within six months of hire. PET certification is preferred; PRN status with competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS must be completed within 6 months of hire.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician credential required.
• NMTCB or NMT-AART NM certification required or preferred.
• PET certification (NMTCB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under guidance of a Nuclear Medicine Physician, perform radiographic procedures as assigned.
• Apply isotopes for radiographic diagnosis with independence and judgment.
• Conduct in-patient and out-patient tests.
• Operate Nuclear Medicine cameras and varied equipment.
• Administer pharmaceuticals and radiopharmaceuticals per scope of practice and ensure radiation safety.
