Qualifications

• Education includes a college diploma or certificate in radiologic technology.
• CNMT certification within 1 year and NMTCB credentials.
• Nuclear medicine registration (N) within 1 year and BLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic studies and radiopharmaceutical administration using Nuc Med and/or PET/CT systems per protocols.
• Review orders and patient history for medical necessity and gather additional information as needed.
• Maintain imaging quality, positioning, and technical factors for accurate readings.
• Transfer and verify image data in PACS; assist radiologists with readings after hours as needed.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and a safe work environment; participate in safety events.
