Shields Health Care is seeking a PET Technologist to provide patient-focused imaging in a fast-paced nuclear medicine setting across multiple sites in Massachusetts. You will operate PET equipment, ensure safety, and maintain clear communication with patients throughout exams.

Requirements include ARRT or NMTCB certification, CPR, a state license, and at least one year of nuclear medicine experience. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold ARRT/NMTCB certification and state license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year nuclear medicine experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient-care skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate PET equipment to acquire images and measure isotopes.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams.
• Adhere to NRC, state regulations, and JCAHO standards.
• Record data in Tech Data Entry system and forward to Radiologist.
• Refilm when time allows and assist clerical staff as needed.
