Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee nuclear power plant modifications. You will coordinate engineers, designers, and controls/scheduling professionals to manage project life cycles and ensure safety, schedule, and budget targets are met.

The role requires leadership and strong client liaison skills in a hybrid work environment with three in-office days. Essential experience includes ABET-accredited engineering degrees and 10+ years in the power industry, with a track

ABET-accredited engineering degree (BS or MS) required.
10+ years in the power industry.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to manage safety, schedule, and budget effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage projects with engineers, designers, and controls/scheduling professionals.
Own project performance including safety, schedule, budget and client experience.
Lead project team and mentor/coaching of team members.
Develop and maintain client task engineers and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
Support KPI reporting for schedule, budget and other dashboards.
