Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams in designing, modifying, and analyzing nuclear power plant modifications. The role involves coordinating with internal and external departments across the project lifecycle, with hybrid in-office work three days a week. A PE license, ABET-accredited engineering degree, and 12+ years in a technical field are required.

Qualifications

• BS from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• 12+ years of experience in a technical field.
• PE license and ability to liaison with clients.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution and cross-discipline coordination.
• Own all aspects of project performance including safety, schedule, budget and client experience.
• Direct and mentor project team members.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with task engineers and stakeholders.
• Lead on-time, on-budget project completion and risk control.
• Support KPI reporting for schedule, budget and dashboards.
• Identify and manage construction risk and change.
• Prepare technical reports meeting client requirements.
