Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in the United States is seeking an engineer to perform structural, thermal, vibration, fatigue, and rotor dynamic analyses of nuclear and other critical-service equipment using finite element methods and hand calculations.

You will prepare engineering calculations and customer documentation, review specifications and design changes, and collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers on technical issues, root cause investigations, and product improvements.

Qualifications

• Nuclear industry experience with ability to perform structural analysis using sound engineering judgment.
• Clear English communication and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Degree in mechanical engineering or related field; experience with rotating equipment, FEA tools, ASME codes, 3D modeling, and engineering reports.
