Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Materials and Aging Management (MAM) Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on Reactor Vessel Internals aging management, inspection support, and long-term operation programs for PWR and CE nuclear plant designs.

The successful candidate will oversee hiring, career development, and performance management, while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a hybrid Cranberry Township, PA role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, materials, or nuclear engineering.
• 10+ years in engineering and/or leadership.
• 5+ years in nuclear plant engineering or long-term operation programs.
• Experience as a people manager with staff development.
• Strong team-building and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, including performance management and hiring.
• Oversee work planning, prioritization, and resource management.
• Ensure high-quality engineering deliverables per processes.
• Provide management-level oversight for RVI inspection and aging programs.
• Interface with industry organizations (EPRI MRP, PWROG) and partners.
• Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, safety and quality culture.
• Coordinate emergent response to customer issues.
