Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Senior Manager for the Reactor Vessel Internals Replacement Engineering group, located at our Cranberry Township, PA headquarters. The role leads design and analysis for major reactor vessel internals modifications and outage support for operating plants, with a hybrid on-site schedule (2 days/week).

The role reports to the Director of Reactor Component Engineering and requires extensive leadership experience, engineering expertise, and a track record

Qualifications

• 12 years of progressively responsible engineering and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, including performance management, career development, and hiring.
• Manage work planning, prioritization, and resource management across multiple projects.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of engineering work products according to internal quality processes and industry standards.
• Mentor team members to improve capability and technical proficiency.
• Provide management-level technical oversight for design and analysis of modifications and replacement reactor vessel internals.
• Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and a safety and quality culture.
• Coordinate emergent response to customer issues for your responsibilities.
