Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supervisor, Nuclear Manufacturing to lead daily operations in a regulated environment. You will direct a team in I-123 capsule production, ensure safety and quality, and maintain cGMP compliance while coordinating schedules and resources.

You will mentor staff, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, all within ALARA guidelines and company policies. This on-site role requires a strong leadership presence and collaboration with

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Authorized User and forklift certifications; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations with direct reports, ensuring safety and cGMP compliance.
• Plan and supervise I-123 iodine capsule manufacturing within a regulated environment.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance reviews; manage timekeeping and vacations.
• Investigate NCRs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote ALARA principles and a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee scheduling, equipment, materials, and collaboration with support departments.
