Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for Nuclear Manufacturing in Indianapolis to lead daily operations, manage production schedules, and ensure strict GMP compliance with FDA, NRC, and DOT regulations.

You will train, coach and develop staff, oversee equipment and facilities maintenance, conduct performance reviews, and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and corporate contacts while safeguarding safety and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
Experience with GMP and cGMP environments is preferred.
Aseptic technique experience is preferred.
4 years pharma-related experience preferred.
Supervisory experience and customer service skills required.
Ability to negotiate and resolve problems with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

Supervises Manufacturing staff and oversees daily activities and production schedules.
Trains, coaches, mentors, develops, and provides direction to staff.
Conducts performance appraisals for direct reports.
Oversees equipment and facilities maintenance, and routing maintenance documentation.
Works with EHS and RSO to adhere to Radiation Safety Program.
Maintains budget objectives and optimal resource utilization.
Interacts with customers, suppliers, and corporate contacts regularly.
Ensures internal quality and regulatory standards are maintained.
