Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a hands-on Supervisor for Nuclear Manufacturing in Dublin, Ohio. The role leads a manufacturing team on Saturdays to Tuesdays, with shift hours from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and flexibility to extend as production requires.

You will guide operators in dilutions, dosing, and radiological exposure controls in a regulated environment. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning staffing, training, performance

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Willingness to obtain Authorized User certification and forklift certifications.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable working in a nuclear environment.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching, accountability and performance reviews.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of cGMP, radiation protection principles and safety procedures.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and provide real-time direction to the team.
• Direct involvement in critical unit operations including dilution and dosing.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives are met.
• Plan schedules, staffing, equipment, and materials to meet production demands.
• Maintain cGMP compliance, training records, and timekeeping accuracy.
• Lead investigations for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
