Cardinal Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for Nuclear Manufacturing to lead daily operations, coordinate production schedules, and uphold GMP and safety standards in a highly regulated radiopharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 4 years related pharmaceutical experience preferred
• Experience with bulk formulation OR filling; aseptic technique preferred
• Experience with cGMP preferred
• Aptitude for supervisory skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve conflicts
• Ability to promote teamwork within location and region
• Ability to handle up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts

Responsibilities

• Supervises Manufacturing staff and oversees daily activities and production schedules
• Trains, coaches, mentors, develops staff and provides direction
• Conducts performance appraisals for direct reports
• Responsible for equipment and facilities sustainment including routing maintenance
• Works with EHS and RSO to adhere to Radiation Safety Program
• Ensures attainment of budget objectives through effective financial management
• Acts as liaison to maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and corporate contacts
• Ensures internal quality and regulatory standards are maintained
• Oversees safety and security of the facility
• Prepares regular reports and analyses for management and customers
• Ensures high quality products and services and resolves complaints
