Xcel Energy is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance work crews, coordinate with station work groups, and ensure safe, on-schedule execution of tasks in the maintenance department.

The role collaborates with operations, scheduling, planning and engineering, participates in training programs, and contributes to station improvement initiatives. The company supports a hybrid work model with onsite days and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in nuclear, fossil, similar industrial facility, or military preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and teamwork ability.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safe execution of daily maintenance activities and briefings.
• Coordinate with operations, scheduling, planning, and engineering to meet the schedule.
• Attend scheduling meetings and support work-week preparedness and improvements.
• Participate in on-the-job training and evaluation programs.

Formation

High school diploma

Two years of post-high school education or equivalent

Strong oral and written communications skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Demonstrated leadership skills
