Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks an experienced maintenance leader to plan, direct, and monitor the Station Maintenance Department. The role ensures safe, efficient plant operation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear) with 10 years total experience including 4 years in power/nuclear plant supervision.
Associate's degree in engineering with equivalent experience and ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 recognition (12 years total, including 4 years power plant and 1 year supervisory).
Must meet accessibility and regulatory requirements as outlined in ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance activities during on-line, forced outages, refuel outages and unplanned power reductions.
Coordinate execution of maintenance with internal and external personnel and manage maintenance contracts.
Ensure safety, regulatory conformance and adherence to Quality guidelines and company policies.
