Job summary

Responsibilities include leading equipment reliability programs, interfacing with management, and guiding strategic improvements across site and fleet engineering. Combines technical authority with staff development in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight years related experience including two years of supervisory experience or equivalent senior technical or lead role.
• Five years of nuclear experience preferred.
• Significant experience with evaluating and solving engineering issues; professional engineering certification preferred.
• Management training or education preferred.
• SRO license or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership for identification and resolution of equipment reliability and engineering issues.
• Provide leadership and coaching to engineering staff members.
• Interface with management to support day-to-day plant operations and maintenance.
• Provide leadership for Equipment Reliability and Engineering programs and committees.
• Support Emergency Response Teams and outage assignments.
• Support development and management for Site and Fleet budgets.
• Engage with INPO, NRC, EPRI to develop standards and improvements.
