Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 3 years of nuclear technical discipline experience.
• 5 years of related (applicable discipline instruction) experience.
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, engineering, health physics, mathematics, physics), education or training with 2 years of related technical discipline experience or 4 years of related (applicable discipline instruction) experience.
• The requirements as outlined above meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standards for Nuclear Power Plants training.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of skills and knowledge in designing and evaluating plant-specific training programs.
• Coordinates and conducts performance-based maintenance and technical training as required by user community.
• Prepares trainee examinations and conducts evaluations across classroom, lab, OJT, and simulator environments.
