Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive pipeline across five professional services lines, including Licensing, Engineering, Program Management, Training, and Security.

You will build relationships with utilities, DOE sites, and new-build developers, manage CRM data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to transition opportunities from pursuit to capture, traveling as needed to client sites and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Nuclear Eng./Business/Public Policy).
• 5+ years in business development, strategy, or commercial roles in nuclear/energy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; executive-level presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities across five service lines.
• Maintain CRM discipline with accurate pursuit tracking and forecasting.
