Job summary

Vallum Associates in Houston seeks a Director of Nuclear Business Development to drive commercial growth across North America. You will lead relationships with utilities, industrial customers and strategic partners, shaping long-term commercial strategy for next-generation nuclear technologies.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and lead negotiations, RFIs, RFPs and proposals while mentoring BD professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years' experience in power generation or energy infrastructure business development, commercial strategy or key account management.
  • Strong understanding of advanced nuclear, SMRs and/or utility procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of nuclear licensing, export controls or reactor technologies is highly desirable.

Requirements
