Job summary

Cross Resource Group seeks an experienced Project Manager for Nuclear Projects in Richland, WA. Lead small to medium capital work during outages, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and operations to deliver on time and within budget.

Roles span planning to closeout, with emphasis on safety, ALARA, and interface management among vendors and senior leadership. Onsite, 4x10 schedule, contract position through Oct 11, 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field with extensive experience; PM certification required.
• Level II/III require additional advanced degree or years of PM experience in regulated environments; nuclear experience preferred.
• All levels require onsite work, strong leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of five to ten people across engineering, planning, procurement, and operations.
• Manage small to medium capital projects from scope development to closeout.
• Develop and control plans, schedules, budgets, resource loading, and milestones.
• Coordinate work-package prep, parts procurement, vendor readiness, and safety planning.
• Track commitments, forecasts, and cost-to-complete; explain variances.
