Job summary

ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a Construction Manager to work on-site with our client in Richland, WA. The role leads a field implementation management team, coordinating with HP, RP, and station personnel to deliver capital projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial nuclear power plant experience required.
• Experience managing large-scale external contractors.
• Knowledge of cost and schedule management.
• Experience in radiological/nuclear environments.
• Ability to manage complex, high-risk projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a construction team to complete activities safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Communicate with leaders daily for direction.
• Present project status to internal customers including complex issues.
• Conduct complex analysis of problems involving construction activities.
• Develop alternative strategies to achieve milestones.
• Perform risk analyses and approve corrective actions.
• Ensure construction efficiency across design to turnover and closeout.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance and other departments.
