Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC seeks an I&C Instructor to support the next generation of reactors including AP1000 and the operating fleet. You will report to the Operations and Technical Training Manager and be located in southwestern Pennsylvania.

The role is hybrid, typically 2–3 days per week on-site at the Madison, PA facility. You will design, develop and deliver initial and continuous training for licensed and non-licensed personnel using classroom, plant, and simulator sessions, while

Qualifications

• Instructor experience is required.
• Familiarity with NRC regulations and training procedures is a plus.
• Experience designing and delivering initial/continuous training programs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of the SAT process for initial and continuing education programs.
• Analyze, design and implement training needs in the specialty.
• Design and deliver classroom, plant, and simulator sessions for licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Coordinate training and support training committees.
• Develop documentation and update supporting materials.
• Develop advanced educational means (simulators, multimedia, videos, models).
• Collaborate on simulator corrections and related tests.
