Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of design experience for I&C plant components and controls systems including PLCs and DCS.
• Experience in power generation, nuclear power or government (DOE) projects.
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• US Citizenship is required due to Federal Contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop Engineering Deliverables: Produce precise drawings, calculations, and analyses that meet industry codes and client expectations.
• Develop engineering documents that exceed client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements with structured processes.
• Continuously improve knowledge of industry codes, safety culture, and advanced design techniques.
• Deliver high-quality engineering solutions aligned with QA programs and project requirements.
• Build trust with clients through clear communication and reliable execution.
• Collaborate across disciplines to create integrated designs meeting diverse project needs.
• Provide field support with on-site plant walkdowns and verification of structures and components.
