Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Design Engineer to join our Nuclear Design Group. The role offers growth across mid-level to principal positions, with on-site and some remote work options across multiple U.S.

locations. You will develop engineering deliverables, stay current with industry codes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, reliable nuclear plant operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical or similar Engineering Degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with design of I&C plant components and controls systems including PLC’s and DCS.
• Must have experience in power generation, nuclear power or government (DOE) projects directly or with an engineering/design consulting firm.
• Good writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Due to Federal Contract Requirements, US Citizenship is required.

• Drive Quality & Precision: Deliver exceptional engineering solutions that align with rigorous quality assurance programs and consistently raise the bar for project performance.
• Cultivate Strong Client Connections: Build trust and lasting relationships through clear communication, professional engagement, and the consistent delivery of superior engineering results.
