Zusammenfassung

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Instrumentation and Controls Design Engineer to join our Nuclear Design Group in a multi-discipline project team.

You will work on upgrades and modifications to nuclear power plants, focusing on PLCs, DCSs, and I&C systems, and mentor less experienced engineers. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in I&C design for nuclear facilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer, Nuclear Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in instrumentation and control design; nuclear power preferred.
• Experience with power plant instrumentation and I&C systems design for BWR or PWR units.
• Experience preparing drawings, data sheets, and software/cyber security docs.
• Experience developing system requirements and procurement specs, design descriptions, tests, and traceability.
• US Citizenship required; approx travel 10%.

• Stay on the Cutting Edge: advance knowledge of industry codes, safety culture, and design techniques in the nuclear sector.
• Drive Quality & Precision: deliver engineering solutions within quality assurance programs.
• Cultivate Strong Client Connections: build trust through clear communication and professional engagement.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: partner with multidisciplinary teams for integrated designs.
• Provide Field Support: on-site plant walkdowns and verification of structures, systems, and components.
